Huntington Home Solutions, LLC is owned and operated by Steven Huntington, a licensed builder for over 35 years, Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), and the winner of the Michigan Housing Council’s, Wendell G. Addington award for business acumen.
Steven Huntington has education at the Doctoral level in Business and a MBA in Business Administration, The combination of education at the Doctoral level and 37 years of experience in the building industry has given Steven Huntington the ability to create Huntington Home Solutions, LLC.
Steven Huntington is committed to enhancing the professionalism and perception of the remodeling industry. He has completed the EPA/HUD Lead Paint (RRP) class and is certified.
Steven Huntington is a member of InterNACHI and a Certified Professional Inspector with yearly required training which increases knowledge and helps to stay current on building rules, regulations and current trends. Current and long-time member of the Southfield Planning Commission.

Huntington Home Solutions, LLC is formally a combination of Choice Kitchens Inc., a successful Kitchen and Bath company for over 26 years, and Huntington Home Inspections, which was formed in 1995. Huntington Home Solutions, LLC has evolved, under the leadership of Steven Huntington, into an innovative and visionary company that has the ability to anticipate change in the needs of its customers.
